ABOUT VILLA PIERRE

Where is Villa Pierre located?
Villa Pierre is in Moule-à-Chique, Vieux Fort, on Saint Lucia’s southern coast, approximately 10 minutes from Hewanorra International Airport (UVF). Our peaceful hillside setting offers sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea, the Atlantic Ocean and the Pitons.

 

Will we have the entire villa to ourselves?
Yes. Your reservation includes exclusive use of the entire villa, its private pool, deck and outdoor spaces.

 

Is Villa Pierre suitable for a honeymoon or romantic getaway?
Absolutely. The detached romantic suite, beautiful sunsets, private pool and personal service make Villa Pierre an intimate setting for honeymoons, anniversaries and time away together.

 

How many guests can stay at the villa?
Villa Pierre accommodates up to four guests. The detached romantic suite has a king-size bed, while the bedroom in the main house has two queen-size beds. Both bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms.

 

Does the villa have a private pool?
Yes. Our private pool measures approximately 14 feet by 8 feet and is 4 feet deep. It includes a ledge where you can relax and enjoy the view, alongside a spacious deck with comfortable lounging areas.

 

Is the villa air-conditioned?
Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. The open-plan living and dining areas enjoy natural tropical breezes.

 

What amenities are included?
Your stay includes high-speed Wi-Fi, housekeeping every other day, complimentary laundry service, toiletries and a guest cell phone. Beach chairs, beach towels, snorkelling masks, 2 yoga mat, a picnic cooler and ice packs are also provided.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and a safe.

 

Does the villa use solar energy?
Yes. Our 19 rooftop solar panels provide approximately 70% of the villa’s electricity. An automatic-start, 15,000-watt generator provides backup power during outages.

MEALS & IN-VILLA SERVICES

Can we book a private-chef dinner?
Yes. Chef Dylan prepares a four-course dinner at the villa, with beef, poultry, fish and fully vegan menu options.

Dinner costs US$250 for two guests. Food and service are included; wine and spirits are extra.

 

Can we arrange breakfast, lunch or dinner with a local cook?
Yes. Crystal, our local home cook, prepares delicious meals in the privacy of the villa. Prices include food and service:

• Breakfast: US$30 per person

• Lunch: US$45 per person

• Dinner: US$65 per person

Wine and spirits are extra. Menus and preferred serving times are arranged with Crystal.

Can guests choose different meals?
For Crystal’s meals, two guests may choose two different menus. For four guests, please select a maximum of two menus for the group.

 

Do we need to buy groceries for the chef or local cook?
No. Their meal prices include the ingredients and preparation, so you can relax and enjoy your meal.

 

Are vegan meals available?
Yes. Chef Dylan offers a fully vegan four-course menu, and Crystal offers a vegan coconut curry. Please share dietary preferences and allergies when arranging your meals so we can discuss your requirements.

 

Can we arrange a massage at the villa?
Yes. Brenda, our professional massage therapist, offers treatments in the privacy of the villa.

• Individual 60-minute massage: US$120

• Simultaneous side-by-side couples massage: US$240 for two

 

Are meals, massages and chauffeur services included in the rental price?
These services are optional and arranged individually à la carte. You can choose the experiences that suit your stay.

 

How do we pay for in-villa services?
In-villa services are payable by cash or PayPal and are subject to a 12% tax. There is no PayPal transaction fee. Gratuities are entirely discretionary.

 

GETTING AROUND
 

Should we rent a car?
We recommend having access to a vehicle because of the villa’s hillside location. A rental car is convenient for groceries, nearby beaches and local outings. Our private chauffeur is an excellent choice for guided excursions and evening trips. You can also combine both during your stay.

 

Can we arrange a private chauffeur?
Yes. Our private chauffeur service is exclusive to Villa Pierre guests and can be arranged for airport transfers, restaurants, shopping and island excursions. Your chauffeur also shares local knowledge to help you enjoy Saint Lucia. Prices depend on your destination and itinerary.

 

Are beaches nearby?
Yes. Anse de Sable on the Atlantic coast and the Caribbean-side beach in Laborie are a short drive away. Beach chairs, towels, snorkelling masks and a cooler are available at the villa for your outings.

 

Can we walk to shops or the beach?
We recommend driving or using our chauffeur. The villa’s hillside location makes the return walk challenging, especially in the tropical heat.

 

PLANNING YOUR STAY

How do we arrange services and special requests?
Approximately 30 days before check-in, we send you a Booking Form where you can share your preferences, special requests and the services you would like to enjoy.

Once completed, your form is passed to the Villa Pierre Coordinator, who will contact you to help arrange your plans.

 

Who welcomes us when we arrive?
The Villa Pierre Coordinator meets you at the villa and gives you an approximately 15-minute tour to help you settle in. The coordinator is also your contact during your stay and coordinates your in-villa services.

 

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4 p.m., and check-out is by 11 a.m.

 

What is the minimum stay?
Our standard minimum stay is five nights.

 

Is smoking permitted?
No. Villa Pierre is a non-smoking property.

 

Are there security cameras at the property?
Yes. Exterior security cameras are located around the perimeter of the property.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT

How do we check availability and book directly?
Visit https://checkout.lodgify.com/villapierre/842834/reservation? to view available dates, check your rate and reserve your stay. Payments are processed through our website using major credit cards.

 

Are accommodation rates quoted in US dollars?
Yes. Rates are quoted in US dollars per night for one or two guests. Each additional guest costs US$135 per night, up to a maximum of four guests. There is no additional accommodation tax.

 

What is the payment schedule?
A 50% payment is due at reservation, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the full amount is due at reservation.

 

What is the cancellation policy for direct bookings?
If you cancel 60 days before arrival or earlier, 50% of your paid prepayments is refundable. If you cancel fewer than 60 days before arrival, paid prepayments are non-refundable.
