COVID-19 UPDATE

VILLA PIERRE IS COVID-CERTIFIED AND ALLLOWED TO WELCOME GUESTS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD! 

Villa Pierre has passed the rigorous licensing and certification process of both the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Tourism in St. Lucia.

We have undertaken new protocols to ensure that we live up to YOUR standards of luxury, privacy and safety. Our staff has undergone training on distancing, cleaning and serving protocols ; we've purchased new equipment and integrated new procedures, including sanitizing of all rooms, bathrooms, vehicle, and requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). For complete list of supplies, please see APPENDIX below.

 

Off course, as a stand alone villa, you will not be required to wear masks when there is no staff around, since you have 100% privacy 100% of the time!

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW PRIOR TO LANDING  

​

ST. LUCIA HAS INSTITUTED THE FOLLOWING TRAVEL PROTOCOLS STARTING JULY 9, 2020 which you will be required to acknowledge:

  • Passengers coming in to adhere to all protocols relevant to airport

  • All arriving passengers to be screened, including temperature checks

  • All arriving passengers must have a negative result from a Covid – PCR test done within 5 days of travel 

  • All symptomatic passengers to be isolated and tested.

  • All passengers who test positive for COVID-19 to be transferred to Respiratory Hospital for treatment and care at their cost.

  • Other passengers to be transferred to approved COVID-19 accommodation/ government quarantine site/home quarantine

  • Reusable and washable cotton face masks for personnel

  • Disposable aprons for personnel

  • Alcohol 70% (EPA Approved) based hand-sanitizer

  • Spray disinfectant

  • Individually wrapped alcohol sterile wipes

  • Folding portable Ultraviolet Disinfectant USB Rechargeable Germicidal Sterilization lamp (2)

  • Hand sanitizers dispenser in each entrance point

  • Soap dispenser in each bathroom

  • Hospital grade disinfectant

  • First-aid kit

  • Signage or documents in room with Covid Protocols, including Ministry of Health reporting contact number and location of nearest Respiratory Clinics
